New students, beginners or experienced karate-ka welcome
We are a traditional karate club (Shotokan school) based in Luton, Bedfordshire, England. We are affiliated to the International Association of Shotokan Karate (IASK) headed by Sensei Nicholas Adamou 9th DAN ( one of Kanazawa Kancho's most senior and respected students). Also teaching at the St. Christopher's dojo is Sensei Jerry Moore 4th Dan ( see Instructor Profiles ). Sensei Steve Marriot 4th Dan (SKIIF) also regularily attends the Warden Hill dojo and helps with teaching. Saturday mornings 10am to 11.30am at Warden Hill Community Association Hall,Wycombe Way, Luton, LU3 2 BW ( situated behind the Warden Tavern on the A6, New Bedford Road ). Monday evening 7.30pm to 8.30.pm at St. Christophers Church Hall (behind the Church), Felix Avenue, Round Green, Luton, LU2 7NB. Adults and children (over 12 years of age) are welcome to train. Training cost - £4.00 all students. You want to get fitter, more flexible, better co-ordination, less stressed, and hopefully better equiped to look after yourself - then give it a try!
